Return & Exchange Policy

  • RUE107 provides exchange and/or store credit returns of new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 7 days of order delivery. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return and/or exchange. All returned items must have the RUE107 hang tags and garment tags attached.

  • RUE107 reserves the right to refuse excessive exchange and store credit returns.

  • A full return/exchange cycle take approximately 7-10 business days to complete.  If you need to process your exchange sooner, please contact us at customercare@rue107.com.


Order Cancellation 

  • After an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 business hours. After 24 business hours of being placed and processed, we will only provide a store credit.


Refund Policy

  • Rue107 does not currently offer money back refunds.  All returns are refunded as store credit. 


Defective Items

  • In the unlikely event you have received a defective item or believe it was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at customercare@rue107.com or (877) 783-1077 for assistance. We'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. You must contact us within 7 days of package delivery.

 

Sale, Clearance & Sample Sale Items

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance and sample sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds.

Swimwear Items

  • Swimwear items are eligible for returns and exchanges.  All return/exchange guidelines are applicable and hygienic strip must be in place.  For hygiene-related reasons, we kindly ask to try on all bathing suit bottoms with undergarments on.  

Exchanges
  • Please contact customer care at customercare@rue107.com for exchange assistance to ensure that we have additional sizes available.

 

How To Return & Exchange Merchandise

  • Email customer care at customercare@rue107.com with the subject line: RETURN/EXCHANGE.

  • Please include the following information in the email: order number, full name, item you will be returning and/or exchanging, and reason for return and/or exchange.

  • Within 24hrs, you will receive an email with a FedEx Ground prepaid return label attached if your order is eligible for a return/exchange.

  •  Print the return label.

  • Pack the item into its original packaging and seal it securely.

  • Place the prepaid shipping label on package.

  • Drop package at your nearest FedEx location.


 Completing your exchange and store credit

  • Once we receive your returned package, a store credit will be provided for the amount of the returned merchandise. 

  • Exchanges are processed as new orders.  Please use your store credit to process the desired exchange, or purchase a new item.  

  • Store credits never expire.

  • Original shipping fees are non refundable.

  • To view your store credit amount, please log into your Rue107 account and click on the 'Store Credit' tab located on the left side of the screen.
