Pre-order means our factory is still making the garment and the item won’t be available for shipping until the date listed.

Unfortunately, pre-order items are not usually shipped until the ship date listed. Placing it express means your order will have priority in shipping after the ship date but it won’t make it ship prior to the ship date. All pre-order items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of the ship date so we do not recommend placing the order as an express order.

We try our best to keep all of our pieces as closely as possible to our size chart. Occasionally, an item might run bigger or smaller. In that event, we will reflect this under the product description. To get familiar with our sizing system, you can view our size chart HERE.

All of our bikini tops have elastic support in addition to shoulder or halter support. Our bikini tops do not have underwire support. If extra support is needed, we recommend wearing a swim bra. You can shop our favorite here.

All of our fabrics have stretch! We work with the quality of stretch fabrics to ensure fit, comfort, practicality and longevity of your garment.

For ground orders, please allow up to 24-48 hours from when your label was created to start seeing movement on your package. For express orders, please allow 24 hrs from when your label was created to start seeing movement on your package. If your order was a pre-order item, please allow up to 48 hrs from the ship date on your order to see movement on your package.

Once your package is marked as ‘Delivered’, we are not liable for any lost or stolen package. Orders that are marked as delivered will not be refunded, re-shipped, or credited in any way. All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via the United States Postal Service. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Rue107 orders are shipped from New York City to all 50 US States from Mondays-Fridays using the United States Postal Service. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a RUE107 E-Gift Card. All original shipping fees will be deducted from the store credit amount.

Our showroom is no longer open. All returns are processed online.

RUE107 no longer offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please complete your return form and a virtual gift card will be issued to your RUE107 account within 7 days of receiving your package back to our warehouse. If you need your credit sooner to place a new order for an exchange, please notate the word: EXCHANGE on top of your return form. You can use your virtual gift card to place another order for the desired item or anything else in our store!

To start the return process, please follow the instructions below:

RUE107 reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
  • Items returned outside of the return window.

Similarly, RUE107 reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

We work very hard to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 Hrs. If you haven’t heard back from us, you will very soon, please bear with us! The time it takes for us to send you a return label does not count towards the time window to return your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee if an item will be in stock for an exchange. We recommend contacting us as quickly as possible to request a return label and shipping your package back ASAP.
