We do not offer wholesale and wholesale inquiries will not be answered at this time.

Rue107 is a size inclusive brand and our collections are available in straight sizes (XS-XL) and plus sizes (1X-3X). Get familiar with our sizing by checking out our size chart HERE.

PRODUCTS

We try our best to keep all of our pieces as closely as possible to our size chart. Occasionally, an item might run bigger or smaller. In that event, we will reflect this under the product description. To get familiar with our sizing system, you can view our size chart HERE.

All of our bikini tops have elastic support in addition to shoulder or halter support. Our bikini tops do not have underwire support. If extra support is needed, we recommend wearing a swim bra. You can shop our favorite here.

We do not offer customization of any kind.

ORDERS

To check on the status of your order, please log in your Rue107 account and click on the order in question. If you don’t have an account with us, you can also check your shipping notification email to track your package. If you haven’t received a shipping notification email yet and your order is more than 3 days old, please contact us at customercare@rue107.com.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If there is an error on your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@rue107.com.

Order cancellations are honored for up to 24 hours after an order was placed.

If you believe there is an error in your address after your order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@rue107.com. Also note, errors in your address can potentially prolong the shipment of your order from our warehouse.

Bad news: we cannot apply a discount code to an order after it is placed. Good news: you can use it on your next order if the code is still valid!

All completed orders receive an automatic order confirmation email after it is placed. Please check your spam folder and any alternative email address (such as your Paypal email address) that might be associated with the order. If there is an error in the spelling of your email address while placing the order, you will also not receive your order confirmation email. If you are 100% sure your order was placed, please send us an email at customercare@rue107.com and we will look for your order on our end.

SHIPPING

For ground orders, please allow up to 24-48 hours from when your label was created to start seeing movement on your package. For express orders, please allow 24 hrs from when your label was created to start seeing movement on your package. If your order was a pre-order item, please allow up to 48 hrs from the ship date on your order to see movement on your package.

Once your package is marked as ‘Delivered’, we are not liable for any lost or stolen package. Orders that are marked as delivered will not be refunded, re-shipped, or credited in any way. We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if they have your package, or contact your local post office who can assist you with filing a formal complaint, a police report, or a lost package claim.

We currently deliver to PO Boxes all over the US and of course orders over $125 gets free shipping!

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via the United States Postal Service. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Rue107 orders are shipped from New York City to all 50 US States from Mondays-Fridays using the United States Postal Service. We try our best to ship as quickly as possible, and our customer care team is always available to answer any additional questions you might have in regards to the shipment of your Rue107 order. RETURNS

Our showroom is no longer open. All returns are processed online.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credits.

All returns must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and free of damage or stains. We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition. All swimwear must be returned with sanitary strips in place. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will not be eligible for a return.

Original shipping costs are not refundable. An additional $7.95 shipping label fee will be deducted for money back refund orders.

Rue107 offers money back refunds on unused merchandise postmarked back to us within 7 calendar days of your delivery date. The time it takes for us to send you a return label does not count towards the time window to return your order. Rue107 no longer offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please select the ‘store credit’ option on your return form. A virtual gift card will be issued to your Rue107 account within 48hrs of receiving your package back to our warehouse for the value of your purchase. You can use your virtual gift card to place another other for the desired item or anything else in our store!

Return labels are NOT included in packages. We offer complimentary return labels on all returns for store credits. A label fee of $7.95 will be deducted from orders that are being returned for money back refund.

All returns must be sent back with a Rue107 return label.

We work very hard to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 Hrs. If you haven’t heard back from us, you will very soon! The time it takes for us to send you a return label does not count towards the time window to return your order.

How do I process a return for a money back refund?

  • To start the refund process:

    • EMAIL: customercare@rue107.com.

    • SUBJECT LINE: Label for Money Refund

    • BODY OF EMAIL: Full Name and Order Number.

    • Complete the form enclosed in your package and list the new item needed below.

  • Rue107 offers money back refunds on unused merchandise postmarked back to us within 7 calendar days of your delivery date.

  • Returns sent after 7 days but within 14 calendar days will be processed as a store credit.

  • Returns sent after 14 calendar days are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
  • Items labeled as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return. All returned items must be in original conditions with all RUE107 hang tags and garment tags attached.

  • Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic strip in place. For hygienic reasons, we ask that you try on swimsuits with undergarments on.

  • RUE107 reserves the right to refuse excessive exchanges and store credit returns.

  • A return label will be emailed to the email address associated with your order.

  • Original shipping fees and the return label costs are non-refundable.

  • Please note that your refund will be processed within 14 business days of delivery to our fulfilment center. An email will be sent to notify you the process has been completed.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee if an item will be in stock for an exchange. We recommend contacting us as quickly as possible to request a return label and shipping your package back ASAP.

Your gift card amount will be the exact value of your purchase and cannot be adjusted to reflect any other value.
