Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGE

  • All exchanges are processed as a new order.

  • Indicate you would like to exchange your item on the return form in your package.

  • Email customercare@rue107.com for a pre paid return label.

  • Once you receive your label, please print it and return the package back to us via USPS.

  • Upon receipt of your package, we will provide you with a store credit for the full value of your original order, including shipping.

  • You can then use the store credit to place the order for the correct item or any item of your choice.

We are always bringing you new styles and your store credit can be used towards any purchase for up to a year!


RETURNS FOR A REFUND

  • Rue107 offers money back refunds on unused merchandise.

  • To start the refund process, please call our customer care team at (212) 564-1344 to request a “return authorization number” (RA Number)

  • **No refunds will be applied or processed without a return authorization number**

  • A prepaid ground return label will be sent to you to return the package back to us. The cost of this label will be withheld from your refund for a total of $7.

  • The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • A restocking fee valued at 10% of your order total will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Your return must be postmarked back to us within 7 calendar days of your delivery date.

  • If you return your package after 7 calendar days from your delivery date, a store credit will be applied to your account for the value of you return, minus the shipping rate.

  • Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return . All returned items must be in original conditions with all RUE107 hang tags and garment tags attached.

  • Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic strip in place. For hygienic reasons, we ask that you try on swimsuits with undergarments on.

  • RUE107 reserves the right to refuse excessive exchanges and store credit returns.

  • The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Please note that your refund will be processed within 14 business days of delivery to our fulfillment center. An email will be sent to notify you the process has been completed.

  • Orders are eligible for cancelation within 24hours of the order placement.
