EXCHANGE

  • Exchanges are welcomed up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

  • If you need a RUSH EXCHANGE, please contact us immediately at customercare@rue107.com.

Follow instructions below to return your items for an exchange or a store credit.

  • EMAIL: customercare@rue107.com.

  • SUBJECT LINE:  Label for Exchange or Label for Store Credit.

  • BODY OF EMAIL: Full Name and Order Number.

  • Complete the form enclosed in your package and list the new item needed below.

  • Once you receive your label, please print it and return the package back to us via USPS.

  • Once we receive your package, we will process the exchange for you.

  • You will receive a confirmation email of your new order, along with a new order number.

  • Your exchange order will ship in 3 to 5 business days, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.


STORE CREDITS

  • If you are unsure of your next move, there is no need to decide now. Get a store credit!

  • Rue107 releases new collections twice a month, so there is always something new on the horizon.

  • Don’t forget to sign up for our newsletter to get notifications for new releases, special deals and restocking of hot items.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders are eligible for cancellation by sending an email within 24hrs.

  • Send us an email at customercare@rue107.com with your order number and cancellation request.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Currently we are unable to provide a return label for International orders.

  • Send us an email at customercare@rue107.com for further assistance.


MONEY REFUNDS

  • Rue107 offers money back refunds on unused merchandise postmarked back to us within 7 calendar days of your delivery date.

  • Returns sent after this time frame will be processed as a store credit.

  • Items labeled as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return . All returned items must be in original conditions with all RUE107 hang tags and garment tags attached.

  • Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic strip in place. For hygienic reasons, we ask that you try on swimsuits with undergarments on.

  • RUE107 reserves the right to refuse excessive exchanges and store credit returns.

  • To start the refund process, please call our customer care team at (212) 564-1344 to request a “return authorization number” (RA Number)

  • **No refunds will be applied or processed without a return authorization number**

  • A return label will be emailed to the email address associated with your order.

  • Original shipping fees, and the return label costs are non refundable.

  • A restocking fee valued at 10% of your order total will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Please note that your refund will be processed within 14 business days of delivery to our fulfillment center. An email will be sent to notify you the process has been completed.
