    • Returns are accepted within 10 days from your delivery date.

    • RUE107 provides exchange and/or store credit returns of new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 10 days of order delivery.

    • If we receive your return package after 10 days from your original delivery date, a store credit will be applied to your account for the value of you return, minus the shipping rate.

    • Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return and/or exchange. All returned items must have the RUE107 hang tags and garment tags attached.

    • Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic strip in place.  For hygienic reasons, we ask that you try on swimsuits with undergarments on.  

    • Any items returned in any condition other than as originally sent or received back damaged will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. Customers will be charged $10.00 to their account and the items will be shipped back to the customer.

    • RUE107 reserves the right to refuse excessive exchange and store credit returns.


    • Step 1 - Fill out the return form that came in your bag, you can keep your invoice for your records.

    • Step 2 -  Please be sure to fill out the form completely and feel free to provide any additional comments in the comment box in reference to your purchase or your overall experience.

    • Step 3 - You can ship using the carrier of your choice, we recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier and get a tracking number to track your return package, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Step 4 - Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice. We are not responsible for lost packages

    • Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect the garment, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once it has been processed.

    • The return will be the original form of payment

    • Kindly allow five to seven business days for a credit refund to post to your billing statement

    • Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect the garment, your store credit will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

    • An email notification will be sent with a virtual gift card that will serve as your store credit value. This code has no expiration date.

    • When you place a future purchase, be sure to use this code at the end of the purchase to apply this store credit.

    • Rue107 will process the exchange for you.

    • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will then inspect the garment, you will receive an email notification with your new order within 3 to 5 business days.

    • Your new order will ship within an additional 5 business days, and once it ships you will receive a second email notification with a tracking number.

    • The entire exchange process  10 business days for your item to be shipped back to you, if you need a QUICK EXCHANGE, on Step 4 of your RETURN/EXCHANGE form  please be sure to notate the date you need  to receive the return package.

    • If it is an even exchange, you will not be responsible for any shipping.  

    • If your exchange is of less value a refund will be made with your original form of payment unless a request has been made on your Return/Exchange form.

    • If your exchange is of greater value, please remember  to provide your card information. If it is not listed, this may cause a delay in your exchange.
